To ensure guests are comfortable and enjoy their experience we help you to make sure your property has the amenities and household items to provide maximum comfort for each guest. Guests are provided with accurate and detailed descriptions of the home and area when inquiring about the property. We are very clear with the guests about the house rules and expectations of them and require they agree to our terms and conditions when booking your property. We provide a customized “House Manual & Guest Guide” in the home, along with instructional signs throughout. The House Manual has all of the pertinent information that guest could need about the home.
