Throughout the month, Owners always have access to monthly statements, calendars and booking data on the Owner's Portal.

Management

As important as our interactions with guests can be, you the Owner and your property are our first priority. We carefully manage guest selection and rely on many factors to determine a good guest candidate for your home. We have a systematic vetting process when using platforms outside of our company website and consider reviews and recommendations from other hosts to help ensure that we are only taking A+ guests. We also offer Guest Damage Protection Services.

To ensure guests are comfortable and enjoy their experience we help you to make sure your property has the amenities and household items to provide maximum comfort for each guest. Guests are provided with accurate and detailed descriptions of the home and area when inquiring about the property. We are very clear with the guests about the house rules and expectations of them and require they agree to our terms and conditions when booking your property. We provide a customized “House Manual & Guest Guide” in the home, along with instructional signs throughout. The House Manual has all of the pertinent information that guest could need about the home.

Our curated guest guide includes dining, recreational, and tourist recommendations that are specific to your area.
